Children's Class

Friday: 6:00-7:00
Ages: 6-12

Children's Classes are taught by a senior instructor (5th degree black belt) and assistant instructors. The classes take a non-competitive approach to martial arts so that students develop their abilities at their own pace. Instead of fighting as opponents, children work together as partners to develop physical fitness while learning self-defence techniques and traditional values of respect, discipline and self-confidence.
